The Masai Shuka is a traditional cloth worn by the Maasai people of East Africa. While red is the most common colour, the Maasai also use blue, striped, and checkered cloth to wrap around their bodies. It’s known to be durable, strong, and thick — protecting the Maasai from the harsh weather and terrain of the savannah.
They can be used as blankets, throws or anything you might want to cover in yoru house.
These shuka clothes were bought from Tanzania at Rhotia Valley Tented Lodge where the profit went towards the orphanage that they created on site and support.
Size: approximatively 200 cm x 140 cm or 78.5 x 55 inches.
